There is a lot of misinformation on what can be done to maintain your fat after a BBL.
I tell clients to keep it simple.
Maintain a healthy lifestyle, which includes:
- �1.5g to 2g of protein per day per kg body weight
- �avoid refined sugars
- �regular physical activity (gym) once cleared by surgeon
- �stay hydrated (H20)
- �supplements that support collagen growth and are anti flammatory

This beautiful client came to see me to fill her hip dips after a previous abdominoplasty.
