Dr. Aslani’s passion for plastic surgery, innovation, and pushing the boundaries of what was possible will always stay with me. I feel truly blessed to have learned from him and to have known him as both a mentor and a friend. I will forever carry the memory of his remarkable legacy and the impact he had on our profession and on those fortunate enough to learn from him. This photo was taken shortly before he was taken from us far too soon. I’m grateful to have this memory of him and I will never forget his passion, his innovation, or the mark he left on all of us. My heart is with the entire Aslani and Cirumed family 🤍

RATIOS Balanced body contouring means paying attention to the follow ratios: Waist to hip. Hip to thighs. Respecting these ratios can make a 'big BBL' look appropriate on the right frame if the legs match. The fear of a 'bad BBL' usually happens when the provider doesn't pay attention to the entire picture (including optimizing the patient's health). Are you ready for the Bedifined Baddie Life (BBL)? SCARLESS / PAINLESS RIB REMODELING Our unique procedure involves a nearly scarless approach with minimal discomfort. Waist rib remodeling can be done in primary or revision cases. This client had lipo elsewhere and came to me for a smaller waist and to correct uneven shaping of the buttocks caused by previous surgery. The best way to find out if this procedure right for you is an expert surgeon consultation. The worst way to find out about this procedure is going to online groups. Comment 'UPGRADE' for a free add on rib 9 to your waist procedure. Are you ready for the Bedifined Baddie Life (BBL)? MULTIPLE ROUNDS vs 1 SURGERY There are usually a few reasons that a surgeon will recommend multiple rounds. Most commonly: patient safety, limitations of hip expansion with fat transfer, operating time, etc.. This case involved 2 rounds. Round 1: correction of fibrosis and BBL irregularities from another surgeon. This stage included revision HD liposculpture + round 2 BBL for asymmetry correction. Round 2: preservation rib waist remodeling for curved spine / uneven hips The reason we staged this case is because minimally invasive ultrasound guided waist remodeling was not available at the time of the first surgery. With the advancement of pre op optimization (OTC supplements, peptides), ERAS, and minimal downtime anesthesia; we can safely do this all during one surgery pending medical evaluation. Are you ready for the Bedifined Baddie Life (BBL)? Our liposculpture 360 involves a few key areas: axilla/bra roll, upper abdomen, lower abdomen, mons, upper back, flanks, and tailbone. PRESERVATION RIB REMODELING During pregnancy the rib cage will expand and sometimes it does not return to it's original location / angulation post pregnancy, leaving some with a 'boxy/wide appearance.' This mother of 3 initially came to see me years ago for 4D ab sculpting plus skinny BBL. She then returned for ab fine tuning and minimally invasive ultrasound guided rib waist remodeling (ribs 9 through 12). Her waist measurement is now only 23.5 inches!! SKINNY HIP DIP CORRECTION The side part of the buttocks (hip dip) has the tightest skin which means the least amount of fat uptake. This also happens to be the area where most of my skinny BBL clients want more volume. Skinny clients have the added challenge of minimal fat to work with and less forgiving skin that can lead to contour irregularities/ fibrosis. These cases are not for the weak. RATIOS VERSUS SIZE The debate that constantly comes up is buttocks size versus ratio. The hallmark of a 'big' or a 'natural' BBL is if it fits the frame. Most of the time the buttocks can look 'too big' if the ratios are off, meaning the thighs and torso have to match the BBL. For all of our cases, we do liposculpture 360 and may recommend to add on arms/ inner thighs to establish a better ratio. Let me know in the comments section about the size and ratio of this BBL. HIP DIPS Filling hip dips is a combination of sculpting the love handles (down to the iliac crest) and adding volume to the laterals. On the table results generally look exaggerated and will settle over time. This particular case involved maximizing BBL fat uptake with our proprietary tissue expansion plus fat purification. RIB PAIN, SCARS, & DOWNTIME Isolated rib remodeling (front and/or waist) has minimal discomfort and invisible scars. Front rib remodeling (for pigeon chest) and waist rib remodeling (for narrowing of the waist) can both be done at the same time with little downtime. WAIST MEASUREMENTS Isolated waist rib remodeling (no liposculpture or other combo procedure) is trending. The average narrowing of the waist with rib remodeling plus liposculpture is 2 - 6 inches. FAT TRANSFER The term 'Brazilian Butt Lift' can be misleading. There is no actual lifting. Instead, strategic liposculpture plus targeted fat transfer will create the illusion of a lifted buttocks.
