RATIOS VERSUS SIZE

The debate that constantly comes up is buttocks size versus ratio.

The hallmark of a `big` or a `natural` BBL is if it fits the frame.

Most of the time the buttocks can look `too big` if the ratios are off, meaning the thighs and torso have to match the BBL.

For all of our cases, we do liposculpture 360 and may recommend to add on arms/ inner thighs to establish a better ratio.

RIB REMODELING

The biggest trend at our facility for 2026 has been waist (rib) remodeling.

For isolated cases we have a special protocol to limit discomfort (ERAS).

Most clients rate the `pain` as very minimal (2 out of 10) and much less than lipo discomfort.

The classic balanced look usually does not go out of style.

Most fat transfer cases (BBL) will settle around 3 months with the final shape coming through around 9+ months of healing.
