The most amount of bruising and swelling our clients will experience is during the first few weeks.

We have a proprietary formulation in our tumescent (numbing medication) and special medications used while you are asleep to limit your bruising.

SOFT VS HARD

Fat transfer to the buttocks can make the buttocks firm for the first weeks while the body is healing; this is normal.

Eventually, the buttocks will get soft and have a natural look and feel.

Some will say, "Why does the butt look hard?"

A couple of issues:
1. "Hardness" is typically a tactile sensation, not a visual sensation.

2. Unless the client is actively making their butt shake/ jiggle/ bounce, the buttocks won`t move if they are turning slowly during a video.

Buttocks implants can sometimes feel hard; in skilled hands with a composite fat graft, the butt should have a natural feel.

BRUISING / RED SPOTS

It is normal to have bruising and redness after any procedure.

This is an interesting topic and there are two common responses:

1. "Wow! So much bruising and red. It must hurt! 😭"

2. "Why isn`t there any bruising?! The surgeon wasn`t aggressive enough! 😡"
