SKINNY HIP DIP CORRECTION

The side part of the buttocks (hip dip) has the tightest skin which means the least amount of fat uptake.

This also happens to be the area where most of my skinny BBL clients want more volume.

Skinny clients have the added challenge of minimal fat to work with and less forgiving skin that can lead to contour irregularities/ fibrosis.

RATIOS VERSUS SIZE

The debate that constantly comes up is buttocks size versus ratio.

The hallmark of a `big` or a `natural` BBL is if it fits the frame.

Most of the time the buttocks can look `too big` if the ratios are off, meaning the thighs and torso have to match the BBL.

For all of our cases, we do liposculpture 360 and may recommend to add on arms/ inner thighs to establish a better ratio.

HIP DIPS

Filling hip dips is a combination of sculpting the love handles (down to the iliac crest) and adding volume to the laterals.

On the table results generally look exaggerated and will settle over time.

RIB PAIN, SCARS, & DOWNTIME

Isolated rib remodeling (front and/or waist) has minimal discomfort and invisible scars.
