SKINNY HIP DIP CORRECTION The side part of the buttocks (hip dip) has the tightest skin which means the least amount of fat uptake. This also happens to be the area where most of my skinny BBL clients want more volume. RATIOS VERSUS SIZE The debate that constantly comes up is buttocks size versus ratio. The hallmark of a 'big' or a 'natural' BBL is if it fits the frame. Most of the time the buttocks can look 'too big' if the ratios are off, meaning the thighs and torso have to match the BBL. RIB REMODELING The biggest trend at our facility for 2026 has been waist (rib) remodeling. For isolated cases we have a special protocol to limit discomfort (ERAS).
