The most challenging area to add volume is the hip dip area.

This also happens to be the most commonly requested area to be filled for both a round 1 and round 2 BBL.

In most clients, the skin envelope is very tight, and even in the best hands, a round 2 BBL might be required to achieve the desired look.

The fat uptake in the laterals is sometimes 50% or less, so this area often looks `too big` on the table but will settle after the healing phase is complete.
