SOFT VS HARD

Fat transfer to the buttocks can make the buttocks firm for the first weeks while the body is healing; this is normal.

Eventually, the buttocks will get soft and have a natural look and feel.

Some will say, "Why does the butt look hard?"

A couple of issues:
1. "Hardness" is typically a tactile sensation, not a visual sensation.

2. Unless the client is actively making their butt shake/ jiggle/ bounce, the buttocks won`t move if they are turning slowly during a video.

SHAPE VS SIZE

The first few weeks, the buttocks look "big" after fat transfer (BBL).

This is typically due to swelling and changes in the body during the healing process.

Most of the time, about half of the fat cells will take.
